Please note, that the data fields on the front page need to be filled out completely. Every page must be signed by certifying staff including a stamp of the maintenance organization responsible for the repair of the airplane. If possible, include a damage classification using the applicable inspection techniques according to the related AMM. Kindly be informed that sending a damage report does not automatically generate an offer for development of a repair instruction. Offers have to be requested separately at your support organization. |
